We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for visiting clients, promoting and selling products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities. Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for order fulfillment. Participate in trade shows or promotional events if required. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in Trading. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
