Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotes. Maintain detailed records of project costs and expenditures. Compile, verify, and submit detailed project bills. Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within budget. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers. Analyze project costs and suggest cost-saving measures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in estimation and billing in construction. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in cost estimating and billing software.
