Very bad service, I recently buy many things from Grafdoer and toilet is not working they have zero customer service after selling the materials. Think 100 times before buying .

The WC bought in oct had to be immediately replaced as was not functioning. The toilet seats have be become loose by December. The Dealer at palam does not answer his phone and there are no landline provided.

Very bad customer service team. No resolution at all. They make false promises while selling and don't deliver. Not recommended at all. Please stay away from such fraud companies
