VMC Programmer

• Set up and operate VMC machines for job/batch production as per drawings and process sheets• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and work instructions• Select, load, and align appropriate cutting tools and fixtures• Set work offsets, tool offsets, and verify program parameters before running production• Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, bore gauges, dial/plug gauges, etc.• Load/edit existing CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for minor corrections when required• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and 5S standards on the shop floor• Strong working knowledge of VMC operations (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas controllers)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and coolant selection

• Basic CNC program editing and offset-setting skills

• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

• Strong attention to detail and quality-first mind-set

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and stand for extended periods

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
