Job Description

Develop, modify, and optimize CNC & VMC programs. Operate VMC/CNC machines (Fanuc). Work on new product development, process improvements. Optimize cycle time, tool life. Troubleshoot issues, select tools, read drawings/GD&T, maintain records. Required Candidate profile Must have 5-axis CNC machining experience in SS & Inconel, with expertise in tool selection, G-code, M-code, SolidCAM, PowerMill, fixture design, cycle time optimization, and quality control.
