Very nice service center, my sister's vivo v15 pro display got damaged and they repaired it same day and staff is really nice and helpful . And center is air conditioned with drinking water facility and sitting area and tea was also provided so don't worry if you have to wait

Very bad experience, I went just for front glass replacement and they ruined the display and back camera for my S20 which will cost atleast 30k together, they said they will call in one week when the display arrives, till this date waiting for their call. I wish there was option to rate them below 0 stars.

Avoid like a plague. I went in there to get my cell phone's battery changed and they said they can do it and THEY DESTROYED MY FULLY FUNCTIONAL PHONE. After they replaced the battery and turned the set on (even before handling back to me) …

The centre is at top floor of shri ram tower hazratganj. There's a lift provided for it. The workers are so good they talked so nicely and completed my phones work within 20 min after I got my token .Thank you Vivo

Vivo service center is present on 5th floor in Sri ram tower at the end of the corridor.Service center is neat and cleaned and staff are well behaved. Coming to the service quality they give my handset within 1 hour of screen replacement. Thank you
