Very good service... Why some people rated low.. I don't know, but my own feelings is great behavior and fast service.. Also two madams are great in talking with customers and no charges paid by me even my phone is out of warranty.. Thank u vivo and specaly thanks to two madams.

I have gone service centre on Friday as in Google it was shown as open but when I reached the service centre is closed i got frustrated because of u please just update on on Google that on Friday the store is closed

This is very near by vashi station, walking distance 10 minuts. I had a problem with my phone vivo v3 Max. That's why I visited there. Recepsnist is very beautiful and cooperative. She told wait for 10 minutes after 10 minutes I got my phone. Very fast service. Vivo rock.

This service center is worst ever..they are completely irresponsible. They only gave excuses not provide solutions.. engineer have lack of knowledge about products that's why they only gave excuses not services
