Got my phone screen replacement done within an hour. Received good hospitality by the Vivo crew and technicians who were working there were very professional, because of the service i received I have recommended this brand to two more people and they bought Vivo devices.

Very worst service , customers are waiting in queue and females that who are checking fully attitude, water is not there, behaviour with coustomer is very worst, it takes 20 days to come parts, behaviour is very worst and service also, employee thinks that they have owned Vivo.. #boycott Vivo don't buy it

I give 5 start becoz I feel they deserve in my case. I waited half an hour, and they resolved the issue. Basically, there was a charging issue. Staff was good and they provided a cover for the phone. Final verdict Vivo provided good quality of services. 👍 …
