Pathetic service... I am visit 2times but not provided satisfied service ... Also service engineer knowledge poorable .. Always suggest only exchange your phone and get 20percent discount etc... Waste of time

It was a very annoying experience,,, although my mobile phone is under warranty and was not in contact with water, but it was said that water has gone into the camera and demanded 13 thousand rupees.

Fast and Awesome service by the employees in this Service Centre. They all are good, they greet and thank everyone for visiting. Everything is pros but the con is they don't have many phone back cover. Nice service, thankyou!

I was having problem with my mobile, I was apprehensive about the repair cost but was pleasantly surprised when the staff there repaired my mobile in less than 15 minutes and that also free of charge. I am so thankful to the staff there and I love my VIVO mobile.
