The worst service centre on the basis of customer service. Without any checking and any single scratch on the smartphone they said the phone's screen was broken.By those blaming they avoid their lack of technical knowledge.They intentionally push any software or other issues on customers to grab money.

This is note fare because I am waiting to few hrs but service person nót response me I told here I have no more times but still waiting 1hrs .. I am using all brand phone but Vivo service is not good because to much wait list

Very poor experience....you guys are doing fraud....I am attached to many media houses and I will post your bad activities go viral in social media... complain no.18205...service cente Esplanade Kotak Mahindra building...you damaged my phone and now denying.. immediately replace it with a new one ....see pic attached..
