The customer experience was good and the staff were knowledgeable and addressed our query with ease and screen replacement within 30 mins of time. Welcomed us with a small drink as a welcome gesture.

This service centre is good enough than many other brands. They're polite and they'll tell you what's the problem properly.
I had a battery issue in my mobile, they replaced the battery infront of me with a new one.

SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT HERE! Pinned location in GMap is not correct. To avoid inconvenience VIVO must its correct PIN location to avoid inconvenience to customers .
