Highly impressive service centre. They asked me to wait for a while and fixed the issue. While waiting they serve you refreshments. There are plenty of reading materials if you want to read. Or you could watch the movies running on the TV screen. In all it was a nice experience. Keep it up Vivo.

Excellent service. Quick response. Fast repair. Token system. Instant coffee (from machine) available for free to customers. Also other drinks like juice and biscuits were given to customers by staff in the evening time.
