Key Responsibilities 1. Business Strategy & "From-Scratch" Setup Market Mapping: Identify and prioritize high-potential global regions (USA, Europe, SE Asia, LATAM, etc.) for herbal extracts and nutritional ingredients. Go-to-Market Strategy: Build the entire international sales funnel, including pricing strategies, distribution models, and regulatory compliance roadmaps for different countries. Brand Positioning: Establish the companys presence in the global B2B landscape as a reliable supplier of high-quality extracts. 2. Global B2B Client Acquisition Active Prospecting: Proactively find and reach out to B2B clients, including supplement manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, food & beverage giants, and cosmetic brands. Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, global trade directories, and cold outreach to build a robust pipeline. Exhibitions & Networking: Identify and represent the company at international trade shows (e.g., Vitafoods, SupplySide West, FI Europe, etc). 3. End-to-End Sales Management Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations regarding technical specifications, bulk pricing, and long-term supply contracts. Technical Liaison: Work with the R&D and Production teams to ensure products meet international standards (USP, EP, Organic, Halal, Kosher, etc.). Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the export process, including documentation, logistics coordination, and payment realization (LCs, TT, etc.). Preferred candidate profile Experience: 5-10 years in International Business Development, specifically within Herbal Extracts, Nutraceuticals, or Specialized Food Ingredients . Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B nutrition market, global sourcing trends, and the technicalities of botanical extracts. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven track record of taking a business or a specific territory from zero to significant revenue . Communication: Exceptional command of English (written and verbal). Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, or German) are a massive advantage. Education: MBA in International Business or Marketing; a background in Biotechnology or Chemistry is highly preferred to understand product efficacy.
