Implement strategies to increase client footfall and enhance overall profitability. 4. Coordination & Reporting Report daily/weekly sales performance to the Branch Head and senior management. Coordinate with therapists, front desk, and technical team for smooth service delivery. Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and data management. 5. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address client queries, concerns, or service issues promptly and professionally. 6. Branch Operations Support Support branch-level promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns. Maintain a well-organized and hygienic consultation environment aligned with brand standards.

1. Front Desk & Administrative Responsibilities - Welcome customers and manage front-desk operations professionally. Handle phone calls, appointment booking, scheduling and follow-ups. Maintain client records, files, daily attendance, and treatment logs. Coordinate with branch manager for daily targets, reports, and updates. Manage billing, receipts, and basic inventory of consumables & machines. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of therapy rooms and front office area. 2. Therapy & Service Responsibilities Perform non-surgical slimming treatments such as LIPO BURST (Ultrasound Cavitation), RF, Vacuum, and other services (full training will be provided). Prepare clients for treatment and explain procedure guidelines. Ensure correct machine settings, safety protocols, and after-care instructions. Track client progress (inch loss, weight, wellness changes) during sessions. Maintain therapy room hygiene, machine care, and daily service checklist. 3. Client Relationship & Service Support Ensure high-quality service delivery and client comfort throughout sessions. Handle client queries and guide them with basic diet & lifestyle recommendations (as per training). Provide follow-up reminders, progress updates, & feedback collection. Upsell memberships/packages in coordination with the counselor when needed. 4. Skills & PersonalityGood communication skills (Hindi preferred, basic English). Polite, patient, and client-friendly attitude. Willingness to learn slimming, beauty & wellness technologies. Basic computer skills for data entry & appointment management.
