Key Responsibilities:1. Client Consultation & Sales Conversion Conduct in-depth consultations with walk-in and referred clients. Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate slimming, skin, and wellness programs. Build trust and provide a seamless client experience to ensure high conversion rates. 2. Appointment Generation & Follow-Up Manage daily leads and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, messages, and CRM systems. Convert inquiries into appointments using persuasive communication and effective client handling. Maintain strong rapport with potential and existing clients to maximize repeat business. 3. Branch Sales Performance Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the branch. Track daily sales performance, package upgrades, and revenue generation. Implement strategies to increase client footfall and enhance overall profitability. 4. Coordination & Reporting Report daily/weekly sales performance to the Branch Head and senior management. Coordinate with therapists, front desk, and technical team for smooth service delivery. Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and data management. 5. Client Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Address client queries, concerns, or service issues promptly and professionally. 6. Branch Operations Support Support branch-level promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns. Maintain a well-organized and hygienic consultation environment aligned with brand standards.
