The Manager-Detail & Design Engineering-Projects is responsible for overseeing the detail engineering, execution, and commissioning of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants. As the ideal candidate, you must hold a bachelor's degree (B.E./B Tech) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting is essential for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with environmental regulations in the detail design phase. You will be the single-threaded owner for water system design, ensuring that designs meet environmental permitting conditions for various treatment plants such as sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants (Borewell/River/Rain), effluent treatment plants (Hospital/Hotel), Ultrafiltration plants, and Reverse osmosis plants. To excel in this position, you must be well-versed in best engineering practices, value engineering, and civil/mechanical designs. Your ability to address site-specific design issues and familiarity with various STP technologies such as MBBR, SBR, ASP, and MBR, as well as WTP processes like RO plants, UF plants, and Softeners, will be crucial. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing design bases for STP & WTP, including PFDs, P&IDs, HFDs, water mass balances, equipment layouts, and Civil GAs. You will also be involved in checking and reviewing calculations and drawings according to standard codes of practice such as the CPHEEO manual.
