Very unprofessional. We had a very bad experience with a receptionist named Nita. We had an appointment at 10 but she called to say it is 11. When we came she said there is waiting of 30 minutes and then she lies and says that she informed in advance that there will be waiting. On checking it was confirmed that she never informed.
