Role & responsibilities The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager HR & Admin will be responsible for managing all human resource and administrative operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning. The role involves developing HR policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while overseeing administrative and facility-related activities. Proficiency in HRMS platforms is essential for effective data and process management. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities. Maintain and update employee data through HRMS software for attendance, leave, and performance tracking. Conduct performance appraisals and support training and development initiatives. Address employee grievances, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. Implement employee engagement and welfare activities. Ensure compliance with labour laws, POSH, and company regulations. Administration : Supervise day-to-day administrative operations including housekeeping, security, travel, and office maintenance. Manage vendor relationships, AMC renewals, and procurement of office supplies. Oversee office infrastructure, utilities, and facility management. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees and management. Handle administrative budgeting and expense control. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements for the workplace. Support senior management with general administrative and HR reports as required Preferred candidate profile Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA or Diploma in HR preferred). 5 years of experience in HR & Administration. Hands-on experience in HRMS / HRIS software (attendance and employee data management). Sound knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR analytical tools. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
