Supply-chain Executive Role Overview: The Supply-chain Executive oversees the end-to-end supply chain and logistics process, ensuring timely procurement, vendor coordination, demand planning, warehouse readiness, dispatch, and order fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor relationships for purchasing and procurement. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service queries related to operations. Maintain shipment documentation and inventory records. Monitor imports and liaise with clearing agents/customs where applicable. Support in process optimization and reporting (e.g., cost efficiency, order accuracy, turnaround time). Skills & Requirements: 4+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain. Can get things done Team leading skills Strong coordination and communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills and tools Familiarity with inventory software, Excel, and dispatch systems. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
