Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth onboarding and delivery Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM systems Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
