Visual Designer- Canva, Figma & Adobe

Indian Hospitality Network (IHN) is looking for a creative and digitally proficient Visual Designer to develop high-quality visual assets for its brand, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events and professional community. The candidate should have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Canva, Figma and Adobe tools, and the ability to create engaging visual content while maintaining IHN’s premium and professional brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, creatives, carousels, Stories, banners, presentations, brochures, event promotions and other digital and print materials.
• Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, event highlights and photographs.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets aligned with IHN’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Maintain visual consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Use AI-powered tools for creative ideation, image generation, video creation, editing and visual enhancement.
• Stay updated with design trends, visual storytelling techniques and emerging creative tools.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams, incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
• Monitor basic content performance and audience engagement to improve visual communication.

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma and graphic design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, layout and visual composition.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent design and video-editing software is an advantage.
• Skills in video editing, mobile videography, photography and image enhancement.
• Understanding of social media content creation, branding, digital marketing and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, including Google Gemini, Flow and other AI image- and video-generation platforms, is highly desirable.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and maintain a premium, consistent brand aesthetic.
• Prior experience with brands, professional networks, hospitality, events or digital media is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing their graphic designs, social media creatives, visual branding, video-editing work and other relevant creative projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
