Visual communication (Graphic Design)

You will be responsible for designing high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms, ensuring they are aligned with brand objectives. Collaboration with marketing, content, and channels teams will be key to deliver visually consistent assets. You will need to present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback. It is important to ensure that all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Additionally, you will be managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-impact creatives for digital and print platforms, aligned with brand objectives - Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets - Present design concepts, justify creative choices, and adapt based on feedback - Ensure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in graphic design - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc & Figma - Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles - Ability to design for web, print, and social platforms - Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets - Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print - Experience in asset optimization for performance and speed - Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.) Good To Have: - Working knowledge of CorelDRAW - Experience in basic motion - UI design About Wellversed: Wellversed is built to maximize human potential through a powerhouse of performance-driven brands.
