Site Safety ManagementMonitor all site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices. Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) across the site. Ensure barricades, signage, and safety devices are in place. 2. Risk Assessment & Hazard ControlCarry out Risk Assessments (RA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for site activities. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive safety measures. Report potential hazards to the Site Engineer/Project Manager. 3. Incident & Accident ManagementInvestigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe incidents. Prepare incident/accident reports and maintain proper documentation. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 4. Safety Training & AwarenessConduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers. Educate workers on safe work procedures, emergency response, and PPE usage. 5. Compliance & DocumentationMaintain safety records including permits, inspection logs, RA/JSA, and safety audits. Ensure compliance with local laws, company safety standards, and project requirements. Assist in preparing Safety Method Statements and HSE plans. 6. Emergency PreparednessConduct routine drills (fire, evacuation, first-aid). Ensure emergency equipment is available and functional.
