Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality Pav Bhaji and Pulao as per standard recipes Take accurate measurements of ingredients to ensure consistent taste and quality Execute proper boiling and cooking methods for vegetables, rice, and other ingredients Maintain speed and accuracy during rush hours without compromising on quality Ensure proper seasoning and presentation of dishes Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cooking area Manage inventory of ingredients and inform management of shortages Required Skills & Qualifications Essential: Proven experience in preparing Pav Bhaji and Pulao Expert knowledge of boiling techniques and cooking methods Ability to take precise measurements for ingredients Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently Speed and precision in food preparation Ability to work under pressure during busy periods Preferred: Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends Work Environment Fast-paced kitchen environment Must be comfortable working during peak hours with high order volumes Standing for extended periods What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience We provide benefits like meals, accommodation if applicable
