Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will lead a team of QA engineers, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans, including functional, regression, performance, and automated testing. Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time by conducting thorough testing and validation. Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment on quality objectives. Develop and implement automation test frameworks and test suites. Create and maintain automated test scripts. Identify, analyse, and document test results. Collaborate with software engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Ensure software applications meet functional and non-functional requirements. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. • Strong experience in online trading systems, payment processing, or related financial technology. • Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies. • Experience with QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment. • Strong understanding of security and regulatory compliance standards in financial technologies (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
