Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager at Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Limited located in Pune. The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Exposure Working with medium size companies in ERP environment Full working knowledge of India GAAP, Knowledge of IND-AS is added advantage Knowledge of Accounting Standards and its applicability Sound knowledge of all accounting concepts & Guidelines Direct and Indirect Taxation working knowledge Fund raising for Working Capital & Capital projects/equipment Liaising with Internal & Statutory Auditors, various Statutory/Govt. Authorities Capable to handle team Periodical Financial MIS preparation and presentation to BOD Costing of the project/products/services Working knowledge of commercial laws desire Qualifications Finance with Associate Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role Sound knowledge of ERP accounting software Expert in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Experience Post qualification 3-5 Years
