Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, employment laws, and staffing models. Experience recruiting U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and work visa holders (H1B, E3, TN, etc.). Familiarity with U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) is essential. Proficiency in sourcing IT talent across technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.). Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit. Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging IT technologies is a must.
