Role & responsibilities : Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to visa and immigration inquiries. Explain company services clearly including visa consultation, documentation, interview prep, and strategy building. Understand client requirements and provide accurate information or guidance. Handle client queries, doubts, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed registrations. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the sales team or management. Coordinate with the Sales & Operations team for smooth client onboarding. Confidence, clarity, and a customer-first attitude. Prior experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or consulting preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Goal-oriented and disciplined with timely follow-ups.
