We are looking for a smart, energetic Marketing Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through both digital and on-ground marketing strategies. 🔹 Digital Marketing Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business) Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) Run targeted local ad campaigns (Facebook & Google Ads) Respond to online inquiries and route potential leads to the design team 🔹 Offline Marketing & Field Work Distribute brochures/flyers in gated communities, apartments, and new projects Visit builders, brokers, furniture stores, and real estate agents for tie-ups Represent Visio Homes in home expos or society events Identify local marketing opportunities and community campaigns 🔹 Lead Generation & Reporting Capture and maintain a database of potential clients Follow up with leads regularly to schedule meetings/site visits Track lead conversion and prepare weekly performance reports Coordinate with the design team to ensure a smooth client experience 🧠 Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills in English, Telugu/Hindi Basic knowledge of social media, Canva or similar tools Willingness to travel locally and meet potential clients Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented personality Any graduate (marketing or design background preferred)
