Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor located in Sangli. Qualifications Strong knowledge in the relevant subject area with a passion for teaching and research Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to guide and mentor students effectively Experience in curriculum development and academic planning Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a related field is preferred Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is an advantage
