Visa & Student Recruitment Officer Location: Panipat, India Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Visa & Student Recruitment Officer to join our team. This role combines expertise in handling study visa applications for Ireland, the UK, and Europe with proactive student recruitment and sales activities. You will guide students through the visa process, generate leads, convert prospects into successful admissions, and help build a strong pipeline of students for every intake. Key Responsibilities Visa & Application Support: Guide students through the complete visa application process for Ireland, the UK, and Europe, visa form filling, online applications, and appointment booking. Advise and assist students in obtaining PCC, health insurance, and education loans. Stay up to date with immigration rules, policies, and embassy guidelines. Sales & Student Recruitment: Actively generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents to advise on country choice, course selection, university options, and career pathways. Guide students on English language tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, etc.) including preparation resources, booking, and requirements. Handle the end-to-end application process, from university shortlisting and application submission to offer acceptance. Assist students in understanding tuition fees, scholarships, financial planning, and related requirements. Convert leads into confirmed admissions, meeting intake and revenue targets. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of students for every intake. Support with content for marketing with ideas and assets for campaigns, FAQs, or blogs to boost student engagement and recruitment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for business, communications, or related fields). 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, visa processing, admissions, or sales. Strong knowledge of study recruitment processes for Ireland/UK/Europe preferred (training can be provided). Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi; regional languages a plus). Comfortable with sales, lead conversion, and target-driven roles. Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines.
