Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lending Specialist located in Pune. The Lending Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with underwriting policies, and working closely with clients to address their financial needs. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, delivering clear communication on loan product offerings, and collaborating with the finance team to manage lending operations efficiently. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to deliver excellent client experiences and effectively convey information Experience with Underwriting processes and an understanding of assessing creditworthiness and risk management Knowledge of Finance and Loans to analyze loan applications and propose suitable financial solutions Ability to work collaboratively in a professional on-site environment Proficiency in financial software systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in financial services or a lending role is an advantage
