About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end visa processing for multiple countries (tourist, business, work, and student visas). 2. Stay updated on changing immigration and consulate regulations. 3. Manage B2B accounts and build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, and educational consultants. 4. Drive sales of visa, ticketing, and travel packages to both direct and partner clients. 5. Handle operational tasks like document collection, application tracking, and coordination with embassies/consulates. 6. Troubleshoot delays, handle escalations, and ensure client satisfaction. 7. Maintain CRM records and meet sales/operations KPIs.
