Hiring: Holiday Operations Executive – Specializing in Asian Tour Packages Job Requirements / Responsibilities:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Holiday Operations Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end travel operations for tour packages across Asian destinations (e.g., Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, India, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) across Asia to curate and confirm travel itineraries. Manage booking processes for flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and local guides. Handle customer queries and provide pre- and post-travel support. Ensure all travel documents, visas, and insurance requirements are met. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate favorable rates. Work closely with the sales team to align tour operations with client expectations. Monitor ongoing trips and provide real-time support to travelers. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in holiday or travel operations, preferably with international destinations. Familiarity with Asian countries and cultures is a strong advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines. Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office tools. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
