Job Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to students and professionals regarding overseas education and immigration opportunities.
• Guide applicants on courses, universities, eligibility, and visa processes.
• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Assist in documentation, application processing, and interview preparation.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to branch growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Prior experience in counseling/education/immigration services preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory, Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
• Strong convincing skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹20,200.00 per month
