What You'll Do

As a Virtual Medical Assistant, you will help keep our clinic running smoothly by:

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Handle patient calls, voicemails, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with insurance verification and authorizations
• Manage reports, spreadsheets, and administrative workflows
• Support providers and clinic staff with daily operations
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems and company platforms
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain the confidentiality and security of all patient information

Work Schedule

This position supports a U.S.-based medical practice.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
• As-needed weekend coverage
• Night Shift / Graveyard Shift (India Time)
• Work hours will be based on the clinic's operational needs and department assignment, with schedules falling within

  5:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (corresponding to approximately 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST)

  . Actual shift hours may vary depending on departmental requirements and U.S. daylight savings time adjustments.
