We are looking for a Quality Inspector (QA – FG) to carry out 100% inspection of finished rubber hose pipes before dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Perform dimensional inspection of hose pipes using Vernier Caliper, Go/No-Go Gauges and other basic measuring tools Conduct visual inspection as per Defect Matrix / Defect Gallery Identify, segregate, and mark rejected and on-hold material Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Rejection Reports, and Daily QA Records Ensure minimum FG on-hold inventory by timely inspection and clearance Ensure 100% effective quality check with a target of zero customer complaints Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams for smooth FG flow Follow QA procedures, work instructions, and safety norms Qualification & Skills: Diploma / B-Tech in Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Industrial Engineering 0–3 years experience in QA / Inspection (Freshers can apply) Basic knowledge of measuring instruments Understanding of visual defects in rubber / hose products preferred Ability to fill inspection formats accurately Attention to detail and disciplined shop-floor approach Company Profile: Virtu Rubber Tech Pvt.
