Key Responsibilities: Counselling prospective students and parents about various courses offered by DITE COLLEGE (B.Ed., JBT, BA,MA,M.COM, ITI, Vocational, Computer Courses, etc.). Handling inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with inquiries. Explaining course details, benefits, admission processes, and fee structures clearly and persuasively. Assisting students with the admission application process. Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and admissions data. Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and admissions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. What We Are Looking For: Education: 12th Pass or Graduate. Experience: Freshers welcome! Previous experience in counseling or telecalling (especially in the education sector) will be an advantage. Skills: Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet Browse). Positive attitude and target-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
