Staff were unprofessional. Report given was incomplete. Sonographer missed few checks as he was in hurry to step out. Very poor service.

Waiting time is 4hours (3hours for scan+ 45 mint for reports)even if you come in time..Scan assistant staff are not professional people. They even forget to change the rubber for scan equipment after using for other patient.

Worst experience ever experienced in the diagnosis center if I would like to give zero rating I will. I am requesting Google to provide zero rating or minus rating to it . Worst service no doctors available in time to treat the patients. They will make patients to wait more than an hour didn't know how the two ratings got to this .

For a simple scan report taking entire day, I had to cancel doctor appointment due to them. They made me sit for half day when there is only 4 are in queue. But I see so many went inside for scan. When I ask, they are mentioning that all are emergency cases. So much disappointed

Came for an MRI scan. It is well equipped, but the process and the operation is very slow. The male receptionist has a strange attitude. Always shaking his hands and legs sitting in the chair and few staffs not wearing masks during this Covid-19 pandemic.
