Worst receptionist with rude behaviour. The patients are treated as customer and not as patients. They are concerned a lot about asking for review on Google rather than understanding the pain of the patient. So unprofessional!!

Not sure why most of the reviews are negative. My experience was fairly decent. Reception and Doctor received us well and explained everything in detail. However, they do not have option to make the payment via credit or debit cards. I've made the payment via Google pay.

I feel management must improve wait time. It is difficult for elders, women and children to wait for long time. Also they are not following appointment or token numbers, they skip it or unless you ask you may have to wait longer for scan.
