Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a productive work environment, maintaining office efficiency, and supporting staff and leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee general office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Manage office budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing and petty cash. Support HR functions such as onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and organizing team events. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff and executives. Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Supervise administrative staff (if applicable) and delegate tasks efficiently. Implement and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
