Accountant / Back-Office Associate (3–5 Years’ Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile professional with 3–5 years of experience in accounting and business operations to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and will cover comprehensive back-office support functions, including client relationship management (CRM), document management, reporting, and process coordination. The selected candidate will be handling clients based in GCC ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage daily accounting operations, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and support statutory/tax compliance (including VAT in GCC). Efficiently and effectively use Zoho ERP for the various functions CRM & Client Support Manage and maintain Zoho CRM and other Zoho suite applications to streamline workflows. Support client onboarding, data management, and service delivery coordination. Track client interactions, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups. Document & Process Management Oversee digital document management, record-keeping, and compliance documentation. Implement structured workflows for approvals, filing, and reporting. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in relation to all client-related information. Operational Support Assist in business process outsourcing (BPO) activities beyond accounting, as required. Provide support for administration, reporting, and coordination of client deliverables. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operations. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting software especially Zoho books. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Docs, Projects, People, etc.). Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously. Strong command over English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus. Professional commitment, integrity, and adaptability to handle diverse tasks. Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent. CA Inter / ACCA / CPA (part-qualified) 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and operations, preferably in a professional services environment. Why Join Us?
