About the role: We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to manage the front desk at our photo studio. Your main job will be to talk to them about their requirements, guide them through our services and help them with bookings and payments. What you’ll do (day-to-day work): Talk to clients and understand what they need Explain our services like photoshoots, photo frames, albums, prints etc. Share prices and help customers choose what works best for them Handle enquiries on phone / WhatsApp Take bookings and maintain records Issue receipts and manage basic billing Coordinate with the photography team for orders We’re looking for someone who: Has good communication skills Is polite, friendly and approachable Is comfortable talking to customers Is willing to learn about our products and pricing Basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp, billing etc.) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
