We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Sales Executive to promote and sell stairlifts and home accessibility solutions to residential customers in Chennai and nearby regions. The role involves customer consultations, site visits, product demonstrations, and closing sales while maintaining high trust and service standards. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on inbound and outbound leads for stairlifts and mobility products Conduct home visits to understand customer needs and staircase feasibility Explain product features, safety standards, pricing, and customization options Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for site assessments Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel Build strong relationships with customers, caregivers, doctors, and architects Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide post-sale coordination until successful installation
