Job Overview: We are hiring an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist with strong domain knowledge in IT technologies, resume optimization, and U.S. staffing practices. The ideal candidate should be able to understand technical job requirements, optimize resumes accordingly, and handle full-cycle job submissions. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to identify and market them for contract and full-time IT roles. • Customize and optimize resumes to match specific client job descriptions using correct keywords, formats, and domain terminology. • Source job opportunities using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and vendor/client relationships. • Submit qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and manage follow-ups and feedback loops. • Maintain strong vendor/client networks and build pipelines for ongoing job requirements. • Track daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and placement metrics.
