The product is good but the support is terrible. You can't call anyone by phone, nor chat / message anyone online. Even small companies will at least provide you with some techs overseas who can answer your questions. Very poor.

Worst video app ever. The interface is pathetic and not at all user friendly. We are trying to watch a wedding in Australia from the US and the sound is so bad. We cannot understand one word. It sounds like they are in a fishtank. This is pathetic is 2021.

Great company to work for, I admit it was rough with no CEO and lack of direction and lay offs but overall Vimeo than and now is still a good place to work with great folks to boot.

Non-existent customer service. No phone number at all. Vimeo changed their delivery system causing a permanent disruption to my website; Vimeo could have fixed but didn't care.

No customer service...at all. Was not able to talk, chat, email, mail, visit or send smoke signals to Vimeo. This was the reason we did not go with them.
