I can’t post a negative rating but this is the worse customer service ever. Won’t issue a credit for a duplicate account after an upgrade because it took so long after they wouldn’t help for months. They should be examined for fraud.

After purchasing license from Vimeo, their sales/billing/support team stop responding on my mails, we placed order and we have some concern on taxes & invoice and no one responding on my emails. people are not trustworthy..

BEWARE! SPAMMERS! Unsubscribe button on emails does not work. No phone listed. Chat does not give an answer. Cancel account feature requires a password that I never entered.
