I bought one flat in Yashwin orrizonte. I am very disipointed about the customisation charges and commitment during purchasing the flat. At the time of purchasing the flat their team commit that we are giving two option in kitchen for 2 bhk flat in A wing but later in customesation apply rs 76000 for the slecting kitchen option.

While going in office please make sure you park your vehicle in parking zone bz Traffic Police vehicle always round up over there they will pickup your vehicle and put in Traffic Police station and pay fine upto 800 to 500₹ So, pls take care thank you

A reputed Developer in Pune with good quality construction and understand the actual needs of home buyers. All their Projects are delivered before time. VJ is going to be top in Pune as per their Vision and Mission.

Very Poor Management. They dont take ownership, They just build the building and hand over to people closer to them as MC. Yashwin Hinjewadi is purely waste of investment . Life is hell for tenant, as well who has invested it. Not recommended at all if you are looking for investment in any of the project by this builder.

Demo of Useless engineering. Poor construction quality Zero customer satisfaction. Intelligent do not buy property with VJ.

Pathetic Service.Highly unprofessional behavior. Rude customer representative. Delay in handing over agreement of more than 2.5 months. Taking advantage of customers.

I would like share my experience with VJ were, i cancelled my booking due to uncertain condition but they helped me for cancellation was exceptional and handled very well by Abhijeet and I really appreciate Aditya's help VJ truly values their customer .I wish i will book unit with VJ in future also plans are very well
