Role & responsibilities Operations Head Develop and implement strategic plans to Managing/handling the operations of existing business, Government contract of HVAC, Escalators, and Elevators Services. Operation& execution of Government Projects SITC (Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning) Projects, Services (Completion of projects services, annual maintenance contracts, Manpower Supply etc) Focus on improvising the smooth functioning of current business. Candidates must handle a team of minimum 500 numbers (Senior Manager, Site Engineer, Technician etc) across the pain India having 12 to 15 locations. Minimum 12-15 days travelling. Ensure that all running projects are delivered on time, within budget & to the required quality standards. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and drive business success. Project Manager (Services) Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of government projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Sales & Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies. Maintain strong relationships to facilitate new project approvals, compliance, and smooth execution.. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial aspects are handled according to company policies and government regulations. Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to government standards, codes, and regulations, particularly within the railway or HVAC sectors. Travel: Regular travel to project sites, government offices, and other relevant locations as required. Ensure all on-site operations are aligned with project goals and government requirements. Preferred candidate profile Operations Head Experience Minimum 10 to 15 years Industry: Railway / HVAC Industry (Government Projects) Project Manager (Services) Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in managing government projects in the railway or HVAC industry.
