Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager – Wastewater Treatment & Evaporators, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, generate and follow up on leads, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the technical team to offer tailored solutions. The role also involves meeting sales targets, attending industry events, and presenting technical product demonstrations to prospective clients. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, particularly in the wastewater treatment or industrial solutions sector Strong skills in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, Negotiation, and Proposal Development Ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide consultative selling Technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, evaporators, and zero liquid discharge systems Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is (+) Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required
