The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare recruitment, a deep understanding of hospital staffing needs, and the ability to drive efficient hiring strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff.Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop hiring plans aligned with hospital growth and workforce demands.Sourcing & Networking: Leverage job portals, professional networks, and hospital referrals to attract top talent.Interview & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers in decision-making.Employer Branding: Enhance Vikram Auras employer reputation through effective outreach and engagement.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes align with hospital policies and medical regulations.Data-Driven Recruitment: Track hiring metrics like TAT, funnel ratio, and joining ratio to optimize hiring efficiency.Requirements 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitals or the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of medical and non-medical staffing requirements in hospitals. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment software (ATS). Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
